Hi, I’m Amanda — the owner and stylist behind Roots and Grace. I’ve been doing hair for over 19 years, and I truly believe this career is both my craft and my calling. I specialize in dimensional color, gray coverage, women’s and men’s haircuts, extension services, and waxing, with a focus on creating beautiful, natural results that fit your lifestyle. Roots and Grace was born from my faith and from a season of new beginnings. God opened the door for me to start fresh in a small town that quickly became home, and this studio is a reflection of that journey — grounded in roots and guided by grace. My home studio is designed to feel intentional and elevated, yet welcoming, offering a one-on-one experience where every guest is cared for personally and never rushed. I’m also a proud mom and wife, and my studio reflects that family-centered heart. You can expect a peaceful, private environment that feels comfortable, warm, and relaxed — not stuffy or impersonal. My goal is for you to feel confident, heard, and refreshed when you leave my chair, whether you’re here for subtle maintenance or a full transformation. Cancellation Policy

For now I will be creating a softer policy where I send an invoice to you that you will pay upon violation of my policies. I genuinely care about you and appreciate your business, I wish I didn’t have to do this but in order to protect myself, my business, my other clients and my family I have too. 💛No call/no show (you don’t come and you don’t care or bother to tell me you’re not coming and completely miss your appointment). 100% fee of entire booked appointment 💛Last minute cancellation within 24 hours but you did contact me. (I will not enforce this in a REAL ACTUAL EMERGENCY.) 50% of booked appointment 💛48 hours Please do your best not to cancel inside this window, the likely hood of me filling this slot grows smaller every hour the closer you get to your appointment. If you’re chronically doing this I might mention it to you to try to prevent losses in my business. I am also going to make my best effort and need your collaboration to make sure everyone is down for the correct services. Changing your appointment from a haircut and color to a lesser service such as only getting a cut is also considered a cancellation since I likely turned clients away and now have a wasted appointment opportunity. All appointments booked as of April 7th will be subject to this policy.
